AI and Digitalisation don't transform a company. A new operating model does, so across three planes: technology, business, and people. For 24 years, I've worked across eight industries: heavy mining, contemporary art, international education, real estate, retail, FMCG, healthcare, and premium fitness. Different sectors taught different lessons. Over the past two years, I've focused on agentic AI, AI coding, GenAI, and multi-agent systems. I build operating models in which AI and people work together as colleagues. Before AI, I was CIO of an LSE-listed gold mining major (8,000 staff, 110 IT FTE, $15M+ IT budget). I delivered $1.5M in cost optimisation and 98.997% SLA across UK/Russia operations. I was CTO of Letovo, the #1 IB school globally in 2025. I spent 7 years on a family office special project in contemporary art and 13 years building tech for a premium fitness chain, including the UFC Gym franchise. Across these roles, I delivered 300+ digital, innovation, and M&A programs alongside Big-4 and worked directly with Forbes-listed owners. Now, I'm Director of AI and Digital Transformation at Renascence Consulting in Dubai. I lead AI transformation programs for mid-to-large enterprises across the UAE, KSA, Cyprus, and the broader MENA region, often embedded as their fractional Chief AI Officer for the engagement. Over the past two years, I've delivered 50+ AI strategy and transformation programs, shipped four proprietary AI products into production, and built a corporate multi-model LLM platform with agentic workflows and AI governance. With its potential to make 120 tons of mass-produced products per day and employ up to 2,000 staff, this facility offers a range of 600+ items.
