As CTO of KHAITE, I lead the infrastructure, platforms, and AI systems that power a global luxury brand without ever interrupting its creative vision. New store openings, ERP, POS, Shopify, data security — all IT runs quietly in the background so that every client interaction feels effortless, not engineered. I started and exited Netkey (acquired by NCR), pioneered one of retail's earliest AI/Computer Vision personalization platforms at Frederic Fekkai (Fekk.AI, 2019), and helped scale RalphLauren.com digital innovation through its most innovative era — QR codes, mobile apps, the first Interactive Store Windows (USOPEN 2006). At Tory Burch, our team expanded digital commerce from 1 country to 29 in under four years-with strong EBITDA. I led the tech team that created the Fitbit partnership that became our #1 selling fashion accessory and amplified the brand to a new audience.
