View ProjectCultural Fit Analysis
The candidate's projects are primarily personal and heavily focused on Python, C++, and face recognition/detection, which do not directly align with a typical Frontend Developer role's core technologies (e.g., JavaScript frameworks, modern UI/UX). The current role as 'Frontend Developer' is a positive, but the project portfolio suggests a different primary interest or skill set. This indicates a potential mismatch in project diversity and skill breadth for a dedicated frontend role.
