Responsibilities: Identified and documented end-to-end test scenarios, detailed test cases, and required test data based on project requirements. Designed and executed manual test cases using Black Box Testing techniques to validate application functionality. Performed different types of testing including functional, integration, regression, and smoke testing across web and mobile platforms. Logged, tracked, and verified defects using a bug-tracking tool; prepared detailed bug reports and coordinated with developers to ensure timely resolution. Conducted test execution for each build and analyzed results to ensure application stability. Participated in daily stand-up meetings and communicated testing progress, issues, and risks to the team. Assisted in preparing test summary reports and maintained documentation for all testing activities

Designed and executed test cases and test scenarios for modules like portfolio management, order management, trade execution, and reporting. Performed functional, regression, system, and UAT testing. Validated trade life cycle flow: order creation → validation → execution → clearing → settlement. Tested financial calculations such as portfolio valuation, NAV, returns, fees, and commissions. Verified asset allocation, risk profiling, and investment suitability rules. Conducted data validation between UI, APIs, and backend databases. Logged and tracked defects using JIRA, and worked closely with developers for resolution. Participated in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and defect triage meetings. Tested REST APIs using Postman for order placement, trade confirmation, and portfolio data. Validated request/response payloads, status codes, and error handling.
