Data Quality Management (DQM) is a Framework, Policy and Standard that defines the scope of data quality within the Bank focusing on Critical Data Element (CDEs). DQMF establishes the roles and responsibilities of ensuring data quality in different parts of the Bank. All the micro services will be the single source to be used by all the TPs to compare, link and relate the DQ CDEs used across the Payment Life Cycle by which they can get to know if any of the CDEs are altered / transformed during the subsequent payment processing stages. If any such CDEs were found to be altered, then the same would be highlighted by the DQ Micro service via an Exception report which will be used by the Operations user for further processing of the payments. Also, the Micro service must be capable to accept the messages in multiple formats. Roles & Responsibilities: Designed, executed, and maintained functional and regression test cases. Conducted API testing for microservices responsible for CDE validation. Performed Selenium-based automation for repetitive regression scenarios. Collaborated with developers and BAs to clarify requirements and resolve defects. Maintained requirement traceability and contributed to release documentation.
P&C Policy Admin System for High-Net-Worth Customers

This Project is about delivery of the Policy Admin System for Property and Casualty Line of Insurance. As current scope of the project the implementation is going on for two LoBs Casualty and Property for 50 states in USA by customizing EIS Exigen Policy Admin Product Suit. The Property Line of Insurance contains total 4 different Line of Businesses i.e. Home, Flood, Earthquake and Collection or Inland Marine. The Casualty Line of Insurance includes 2 two Line of Businesses i.e. Auto and Excess Liability. Future scope, the same solution will be applied for other Geographies and LoBs. Roles & Responsibilities: Analyzed business workflows and created corresponding test cases. Performed functional, regression, and UI testing for multiple LoBs. Executed API validations for policy issuance and claims. Verified premium calculations, endorsements, and renewals. Logged defects in Jira and tracked them through resolution. Supported UAT and provided detailed test closure reports.

This application has supporting functionalities like Administrator settings, Dashboard from which admin user can configure and customize the system. Responsibilities: Involved in test strategy preparation. Involved in Sprint planning meetings and identified QA tasks and estimated the time. Writing and reviewing test scenarios and test cases Involved in functional and regression testing. Communicating the status to clients in weekly meetings. Responsible for validation of fixed issues.
