CTO | Head of AI Systems | Enterprise AI Transformation Leader
I am a technology and AI executive focused on building reliable, governable, production-grade AI systems for enterprise use. Over 15+ years, I have led mission-critical transformation, regional P&L, and large delivery organizations across 20+ countries in EMEA. My leadership background includes managing 500–600-person organizations, overseeing customer portfolios of approximately $400M annually, delivering 27% cost reduction through transformation, improving customer and margin performance, and introducing recurring revenue models that added 11% revenue. My recent work has focused on AI systems architecture and enterprise AI operating models, with particular depth in verification-first reasoning, evaluation and assurance frameworks, rollback and branching control, traceability, policy constraints, and controlled long-horizon memory. I am especially interested in the practical side of AI reliability: how to make AI systems auditable, resilient, and safe to deploy in real operating environments. I work across AI platform architecture, LLMOps/MLOps, retrieval reliability, orchestration patterns, observability, governance controls, and human-in-the-loop escalation for higher-risk workflows. I bring a rare combination of executive-scale operating leadership and hands-on AI systems depth, and I am most relevant to CTO, Head of AI Systems, and Enterprise AI Transformation roles where AI must deliver measurable business value, not just technical promise. Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate's diverse experience across telecommunications, real estate, and AI ventures, coupled with an MBA and executive education, suggests adaptability and a broad perspective. Their entrepreneurial drive aligns with innovative environments. However, the target role of 'Web3 Developer' implies a hands-on coding and technical depth that is not explicitly demonstrated in the provided experience, which is heavily focused on leadership, strategy, and business development. While they founded a tokenization venture, the technical implementation details are missing, which could impact cultural fit within a developer-centric team.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate demonstrates strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence through their extensive experience in managing large teams and P&L responsibilities. Their entrepreneurial background highlights initiative, problem-solving, and business acumen. The ability to define complex AI system architectures suggests strong analytical and structured thinking. However, direct evidence of collaborative development in a Web3 context is not explicitly detailed.
