Founder @SuperQA - Catching product failures before users do
AI is analyzing your overall score…
Identifying your key strengths…
Evaluating your skill match against the job requirements…
Assessing your cultural and operational fit
Hi, I’m Muqthar, Founder of SuperQA. SuperQA helps teams catch product issues before they reach customers - by continuously validating real user flows not just test cases. As products scale faster and releases become more frequent, quality often becomes reactive. SuperQA is built to bring those signals forward when issues are still easy to understand and cheaper to fix. I focus on building systems that hold up in the real world and spend most of my time across product, engineering, and quality.

Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate's history of founding companies (SuperQA.ai, Gani Robotics, Augtra Technologies, Walleto) and taking on leadership roles demonstrates a strong entrepreneurial spirit, initiative, and a drive for innovation. This could be a good fit for a dynamic, fast-paced environment that values self-starters and individuals who can take ownership. The diverse experience across different industries (FashionTech, FoodTech, SaaS, financial services) and technologies indicates adaptability and a broad perspective. However, the target role is 'Computer Vision', and while there is early career experience in this domain, the more recent roles have focused on full-stack development, product ownership, and general robotics/automation, which might indicate a shift in focus. The candidate's experience as a course coordinator also suggests a willingness to share knowledge and mentor.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate's entrepreneurial background suggests strong leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Experience in technical sales indicates good communication and client-facing abilities. The diverse roles across different companies and founding multiple ventures demonstrate adaptability and a proactive approach. However, the lack of recent direct Computer Vision experience might require a ramp-up period to align with current industry practices.
