Building Scalable Software & The Next Generation of Developers | Co-founder, GoGetterGeeks | Tech Educator
I believe the best way to truly master a technology is to build it from scratch - and then teach someone else to do the same. With 9+ years of experience in the IT industry, I've worked across service-based and product-based companies, moved into solo freelancing, and am now leading my own firm, GoGetterGeeks InfoTech Pvt. Ltd. Throughout my career - including my time at Amazon - I have focused on two things: Scale and People. - Scale: I've architected and delivered systems handling 1000+ requests per second. - People: I've led teams of 30+ developers, maintaining near-zero attrition by focusing on value-driven roadmaps and professional growth. In June 2023, I stepped away from Amazon with a vision to combine teaching and freelancing to deliver value at every touchpoint. Today, GoGetterGeeks isn't just an IT firm; it's a talent incubator. We build world-class products for businesses while simultaneously training engineering students to be "interview and work-ready" for top-tech firms. By the Numbers (as of April 2026): 🚀 Scaled a solo venture into a 7-member IT firm. 🎓 Mentored 150+ students in industry-standard development. 🛠 Expertise in Java, Node.js, JavaScript, and AWS. Outside of work, you'll find me on a long road trip with my family, watching a cricket match, or planning my next curriculum. Let's Connect if: - You're a Business: Looking for a technical partner to build or scale your product. - You're an Organization: Seeking high-impact corporate training (Online/Offline) to upskill your engineering teams in MERN stack, AWS, or System Design. - You're an Educator: Interested in our mission to bridge the gap between academia and industry. Machine learning for educational data using collaborative filtering
February 1, 2016 – May 1, 2016
In our term project for the Applied machine learning course, we are asked to learn a model from students’ past behavior and then predict their future performance. The dataset used is the one given to participant in the KDD Cup 2010. KDD Cup 2010 is an educational data mining competition in which participants are charged with predicating student algebraic problem performance given information regarding past performance. We at University of Massachusetts at Boston, decided to deal with this classification problem using supervised learning method: decision tree learning, Artificial Nueral Network and clustering algorithm: Hierarchical Clustering . We decided to use combination of decision tree, Artifical Nueral Network and hierarchical clustering because of the nature of the dataset and initial trail results.
Paint

The main goal of Referir is to solve the two way problem of employment i.e. problem of both employee and employer. Employee face hard time in searching for job, applying to open position in companies and looking for some reference to get the interview call. On the other hand it’s equally difficult for companies to hire quality employee without interviewing large number of individuals, that’s where references from current employees came into pictures. But references from current employee can only cover small group of individuals. To solve this problem Referir came into existence (A Spanish word, meaning "Refer"). Technologies: PHP, MySQL, bootstrap, HTML, JQuery, Javascript.

Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate's diverse project portfolio, ranging from C++ desktop applications to Java web frameworks and machine learning, indicates a broad technical curiosity and adaptability. Their entrepreneurial experience as a Co-Founder suggests initiative, problem-solving, and a drive to build. The progression through Amazon from SDE to SDM shows a capacity for growth and leadership within a large corporate structure. However, the target role of 'Data Analyst' is a pivot from their established career path in software engineering and management. While the candidate has a project related to machine learning, the overall resume does not strongly align with the typical day-to-day responsibilities and specialized skill set of a senior data analyst, which might require a different cultural and operational fit focused on data-centric roles rather than software development.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate's experience as a Co-Founder and Software Development Manager at Amazon indicates strong leadership, team scaling, strategic partnership, and project management skills. The descriptions suggest an ability to translate complex business challenges into technical solutions and manage cross-functional teams. The focus on efficiency and impact (e.g., cost-to-serve optimization, order volume scaling) demonstrates a results-oriented approach. However, the target role is 'Data Analyst', which is a significant shift from their primary software development and management background. While there's a machine learning project, the core operational fit for a dedicated data analyst role, which typically involves deep statistical analysis, data visualization, and specific data tooling (e.g., Python for data science, R, advanced SQL for analytics, BI tools), is not explicitly demonstrated in their recent professional experience.
